Leave of Absence

1. When a student has been absent from school even for a day he/she must bring on return to school a note of excuse from parent/guardian which must be countersigned by the Headmaster, before the student enters the class room and verified by the teacher. The school disclaims all responsibility for owing to failure to produce such a note, the student is not allowed to sit in the classroom and is asked to leave the premises.

2. The school authorities have to be informed within three days about the absence in case of sickness, casualty or an emergency.

3. Unauthorized absence from the school for one month or more renders a student’s name liable to be struck off the roll.
